If your order does not arrive within 60 days (maximum international shipping protection period), you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items ⚠️

If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect model:

  • You must contact us at align.dream1@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • It is mandatory to attach clear photos or a video of the defect.

  • Upon verification of the fault with our manufacturing partner, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind) 📦

Following direct international logistics standards:

  • If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our international fulfillment center. Note: International return shipping costs can be high, so we recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before purchasing.

4. Refund Process 💰

Once the manufacturer or our team confirms the issue:

  • The refund will be automatically processed to your original credit card or payment method.

  • Processing time typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
